Our total liability for claims arising from the services will not exceed the amounts you paid to us for the applicable order or USD $100, whichever is greater. You agree to defend and hold harmless dolese and its affiliates from claims arising out of your use of the services, your breach of these terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction stated in your invoice address, or if none, the laws of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction unless otherwise required by consumer protection law.
