We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet our return conditions listed below.
Log into your account and go to Orders. Find your order and click "Return Item". Select the items you want to return and the reason.
We'll email you a prepaid return shipping label. Print it and attach it to your package. Keep the original packaging if possible.
Package your item securely and drop it off at any authorized shipping location. You'll receive a tracking number to monitor your return.
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically 3-5 business days), we'll process your refund. You'll receive an email confirmation.

Partial refunds may be issued for items that are returned in less than perfect condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.
